Guarantee Terms
Pays for itself in 90 days, or every dollar back. If Murph hasn't booked you at least what you've paid in your first 90 days, setup and monthly fees included, you get every dollar back.
Live in 7 days, or your first month is free.
1. "Live in 7 days"
- The 7 days start on the day we have everything on the onboarding checklist from you (signed agreement, payment, access, and your answers from the kickoff call).
- "Live" means your calls are being answered and jobs are booking through Murph.
- Texting starts as soon as the phone carriers approve your number. Carrier approval is outside our control and is not part of the 7 days.
- If we miss it, your first monthly fee is credited or refunded.
2. "Pays for itself in 90 days"

| What Murph booked | The value of jobs that came in through a Murph phone number, form, chat, text, or campaign, were booked through Murph, and are marked won in your account in those 90 days |
| The test | If what Murph booked is less than what you've paid, you get every dollar you've paid back |
3. Your part
- Respond to booked leads within 1 business day.
- Mark jobs won in the app (or tell us) so we can count your results.
- Keep your Murph number, forwarding, and booking calendar turned on.
- Give us the access on the onboarding checklist.
4. How to claim
- Email billing@murphsonit.com within 14 days after your 90th day.
- We send you the results report for your 90 days and review it with you.
- If the test above isn't met, we refund within 10 business days to your original payment method, and your service ends unless you choose to stay.
5. What's not covered
- Extra AI minutes beyond your plan.
- Add ons and one time projects bought separately, unless your agreement says otherwise.
- Periods when your service was paused or your number or forwarding was turned off at your request.
6. Headquarters
Headquarters clients have a different guarantee: live in 30 days, or your build fee back. The terms are in the Headquarters agreement.
